Job summary

• High school diploma or enrollment in an accredited pharmacy program.
• 5 years of pharmacy technician experience with sterile and hazardous compounding.
• Massachusetts registration and national certification required; ExCPT OK with 1-year certification window.

Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders and ensures timely delivery of medicines and supplies.
• Performs sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP and institute policies.
• Maintains and troubleshoots pharmacy systems and electronic records.
• Trains and orients staff; documents training materials and resources.
• Coordinates inventory management, par levels, and labeling across sites.
