Advocate Health's Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Pharmacy: Home Infusion is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support licensed pharmacists in preparation, labeling, and distribution of medications. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) or ExCPT within 18 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacist with technical duties in preparation and distribution of medications.
• Select, prepare, and label medications, including hazardous drugs and controlled substances.
• Support daily procurement, inventory control, and outdate checking.
• Document medication admissions and data entry into pharmacy system.
• Perform sterile IV admixture and nonsterile compounding per USP standards where applicable.
