Candidates must have a PharmD degree, Colorado pharmacist licensure, and at least two years of post-graduate experience. This is an onsite, full-time position with a competitive hourly pay range and a strong total rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily staff activities for the clinical or ambulatory pharmacy.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions; assesses quality of services.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Leads in handling and resolving complex issues and complaints; works in a fast-paced environment.
