Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for the Cancer Center Highlands Ranch location. The role oversees daily infusion pharmacy staff, ensuring staffing, training, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, state Pharmacist licensure, and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a state license and a PharmD degree from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years post-graduate pharmacy experience is required.
• Leadership, mentoring, and staff coaching skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily staff activities in the clinical or ambulatory pharmacy.
• Directs staffing, provides orientation, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Ensures policy compliance and resolves complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
