Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the Infusion Pharmacy Highlands location. This is a full-time, onsite role with dayshift, performing automated dispensing, compounding, and inventory audits to ensure patient safety and medication availability.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, Colorado PHAT certification, and CPhT (PTCB or equivalent). Pay ranges from $22.14 to $28.78 per hour depending on experience, with structured career ladder and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT).
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) to ensure unit-specific medication is safely available.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and bulk medication repackaging while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits of medication inventory to identify expired or near-expired items, ensuring prompt removal and replacement.
