Job summary
Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day operations across infusion services. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clinical and financial leaders, and ensure access, reimbursement accuracy, and high-quality infusion care.
The role requires PharmD and active Illinois Pharmacist License with at least 5 years of pharmacist experience and 3 years of progressive leadership in related settings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmacist experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience within specialty/infusion/ambulatory pharmacy or related healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Infusion Pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to support patient access and high-quality infusion services.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements and regulatory compliance.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development; foster accountability and collaboration.
