Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the home infusion pharmacy, ensuring safe and compliant services for patients across locations. You will coordinate with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams while managing budgets and staffing to meet financial goals.

The role requires a PharmD, active state license, and several years of infusion/pharmacy leadership experience. Travel and on-call coverage may apply as part of supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license in the state.
• 5–7 years in clean room or infusion pharmacy, or 3 years with ASHP residency or equivalent.
• 3+ years managing people including hiring, development and performance.
• 2+ years budgeting or capital expense management.

Responsibilities

• Determine patient suitability for home care.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and monitor quality of patient care.
• Direct pharmacy department activities and schedule staff.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, budget and equipment management.
• Support revenue and operational goals with leadership and budgeting.
