Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to lead our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Norcross, GA. You will oversee the pharmacy and staff, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes clinical oversight, medication preparation, and collaboration with physicians. A Pharm D or equivalent R.Ph, active licensure, and 7+ years of pharmacist experience are required, with preferred Specialty/home infusion background.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or licensed R.Ph with clinical experience.
• Active state licensure required; additional licensure may be needed.
• Post-graduate training or residency preferred.
• Minimum 7 years pharmacist experience, preferably in compounding.
• CPR certification and Care Tend familiarity desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Ensures compliance with USP 797, USP 800 and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures all operations meet licensing and standards by authorities.
• Prepares prescriptions and medications accurately and promptly.
• Assesses patient, drug, and disease information to identify drug-related needs.
• Develops and revises patient plans of care.
• Manages staff including hiring, training, payroll and performance reviews.
• Interfaces with physicians and referral sources as needed.
• Acts as drug information resource to sales force and supports team selling.
