Singlepoint Healthcare OPCO, LLC in Wood Dale, IL is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to support home infusion therapies for patients with inflammatory conditions. This role requires on-site presence 8 hours per week as the PIC and collaboration with clinicians to ensure safe, precise care.

You will dispense sterile meds, review prescriptions, monitor therapy, and educate patients, with a focus on accuracy, pace, and patient connection in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• PharmD degree required.
• Active IL & TX pharmacist licenses (must hold both).
• 2–5 years of infusion/sterile compounding or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance precision, pace, and patient connection.

Mansioni

• Compound, verify, and dispense sterile medications and nutritional solutions.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor therapy and recommend adjustments.
• Partner with providers, nurses, and patients on infusion care plans.
• Educate patients and care teams on medication use and safety.
• Manage pharmacy operations (inventory, workflow, documentation).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and sterile compounding standards.
