This full-time role involves evaluating drug therapy for home care patients and ensuring quality assurance in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, experience in acute-care or home infusion therapy, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist License in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute-care setting.
• Experience with compounding infused drugs preferred.
