Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prescription refills, outreach, and documentation for therapy.
• Communicate with patients and providers to gather information and renewals.
• Process insurance re-authorizations and prior authorizations as needed.
• Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance by asking screening questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacy ops teams to support dispensing and shipping.
• Adhere to state boards, HIPAA, and applicable laws.
