Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient preparation, assist physicians during procedures and provide post-education in the clinic. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, nursing facilities, pharmacies and other providers to ensure smooth patient care and continuity of treatment.

The selected candidate must hold a valid AR (or multi-state) RN license, CPR certification, and chemo certification within 6 months of hire.

Competenze

Current RN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR), required
CPR certification required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab
Previous clinical experience preferred
Chemo Cert required within 6 months of hire date

Mansioni

Prepare patients for procedures and assist the physician with procedures and minor surgeries.
Perform diagnostic tests and provide patient education in the clinic.
Maintain equipment and act as liaison between the physician and outside agencies including hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs and other physicians’ offices, as well as with the patient.
Support other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow
