Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to prepare patients, assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries, and conduct diagnostic tests in the clinic. The RN will also maintain equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and support the health care team in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (AR state license or multi-state including AR)
• RN degree from an accredited institution
• CPR certification
• Clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and assessments
• Assist physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries
• Perform various diagnostic tests
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Maintain and sanitize equipment and supplies
• Liaise with hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and other partners
