Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers, AR is seeking an Infusion Nurse to deliver chemotherapy, biotherapy and immunotherapy in a busy oncology clinic. You will build relationships with patients and families, administer IV therapies, and support the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include AR nursing licensure, BLS; ACLS and chemotherapy/immunotherapy certifications within specified timelines. OCN is encouraged. Join a team focused on high-quality cancer care and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Valid and current Arkansas state nursing license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required or within 6 months of hire.
• Oncology Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy certification required within 4 months of employment.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy; educate patients and families.
• Provide infusion services to oncology patients and referrals from other disciplines.
• Assess patients before and during therapy; triage issues and emergency management.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient confidentiality; coordinate with social worker and other departments.
