Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Infusion department at RWJ Hamilton. This part-time (16 hours/week) day shift role requires providing safe, high-quality patient care and performing procedures per unit policies.

The ideal candidate will have NJ RN licensure, an ASN or Nursing Diploma (BSN within 5 years), BLS/ACLS, and Oncology experience. OCN certification within 1 year is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred and willingness to complete BSN within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care and perform procedures per unit policies.
• Administer medications accurately and document per policies.
• Demonstrate safe handling of chemotherapy regimens and infusion nursing practices.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise delegation as appropriate.
