UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is hiring a Regular Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) to float between our Medical Oncology offices north of Pittsburgh: UPMC Horizon in Greenville & Farrell, PA, and New Castle, PA. The role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a Regular Full-Time Daylight schedule Monday through Friday as a Treatment/Infusion nurse.

Formación

• Licensed RN with current PA license.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in quality improvement and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Acts as a full partner on the care team and supports change processes.
• Demonstrates leadership and collaborative relationships with physicians and staff.
• Provides patient and family teaching to guide episodes of care.
