Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior oncology nursing and infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally challenging environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer therapeutic IV treatments and infusions per established protocols.
• Monitor patients during infusion, addressing complications or adverse reactions.
• Manage complications of infusion therapies, including site issues.
• Demonstrate expertise in IV and central venous access device care.
• Ensure infection control practices and standards for vascular access devices.
