Job summary

The position requires a Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license, PGY1 or 3 years of hospital experience, a Bachelor's degree, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• PGY1 required or 3 years of equivalent hospital experience.
• Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license. BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oncology infusion pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding oversight and order verification.
• Dispense medications and provide drug therapy consultations in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Ensure safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals per legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory and supervise daily operations with lower-level staff as needed.
