Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced infusion nurse to join a high-performing oncology team. You will deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic outpatient setting, collaborating with oncologists and pharmacists to coordinate complex treatment plans.

You will assess patient needs, provide education, and adapt care plans as treatment progresses, ensuring safety and quality outcomes with a strong focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered infusion nursing care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the care team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, educate on ongoing support, and adjust plans as needed.
