Job summary

City of Hope is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Oncology Infusion outpatient center in Phoenix. You will lead the Infusion team, ensure efficient patient flow, and maintain high safety and care standards.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on staffing, equipment, and training. The successful candidate will have BSN, AZ RN license, and oncology infusion experience, with BLS at hire and ONS chemotherapy credential preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active Arizona RN license.
• 3 years of oncology infusion experience preferred.
• BLS certification on hire or before orientation.
• ONS chemotherapy biotherapy administration credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Assistants and Infusion team to ensure high-quality care.
• Plan, coordinate and improve patient flow in outpatient infusion.
• Collaborate with leaders on staffing, training, and policy adherence.
• Monitor safety, quality metrics and departmental KPIs.
