Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Previous supervisory or program coordination experience.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certificate (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• OCN certification (or to be obtained within 1 year of hire).

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision: lead and manage a team of Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists.
• Policy and procedure adherence: ensure clinical staff follow current policies and safety standards.
• Scheduling and time management: create staffing schedules and manage time cards.
• EPIC in-basket management: oversee timely responses and communications.
• Resource support: provide staff with support during busy periods.
• Meetings and collaboration: conduct regular staff meetings and contribute to clinical operations improvements.
