CB Partners, LLC partners with a growing specialty home infusion provider in Kansas City, MO, for a Nursing Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing role. It’s a highly visible leadership position under the Director of Nursing, blending people leadership, clinical oversight, quality improvement, and hands-on patient care.

You will lead nursing operations across in-home care and ambulatory infusion settings, support the nursing team, ensure regulatory standards, and collaborate with pharmacy,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nursing experience.
• IV infusion experience required.
• 2+ years of home infusion or specialty infusion experience strongly preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty biologic therapies preferred.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance, accreditation, or quality initiatives.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct patient care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Director of Nursing on day-to-day clinical operations.
• Supervise and support nurses providing home infusion and infusion suite care.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical coverage.
• Lead nurse onboarding, training, competency assessments, and continuing education.
• Review nursing assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ACHC and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support quality assurance, infection control, adverse event monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• Coordinate closely with physicians, pharmacists, patients, and caregivers.
• Provide direct infusion nursing care in patient homes and clinical settings as needed.
• Support vascular access management and specialty infusion therapies.
• Serve as Acting Director of Nursing when needed.
• Help strengthen and develop nursing operations as the organization grows.
