Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, following a physician’s plan of care and under supervision.

You will administer medications, educate patients and families, document care in real time, participate in discharge planning, and mentor less experienced nurses while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with KS state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, infusion preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy and patient education.

Responsibilities
