Qualifications

• Current AZ RN license in good standing.
• BSN from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing practice in home infusion or related areas.
• Minimum 1 year management/leadership experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AlayaCare/CPR+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates nursing services and staffing in home infusion.
• Oversees patient care, scheduling, and coordination of services.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation for billing.
• Trains, develops, and motivates nursing staff; conducts supervisory visits.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager and Operations to implement policies.
