Job summary

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. We’re seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to support patients in an infusion suite and other care settings as needed.

This full-time role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, IV certification, and 2+ years RN experience in home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar. Local travel, CPR, and multi-state licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• IV certification and central line experience.
• 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred).
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team.
• Willingness to travel locally to support patients.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care.
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care.
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
