Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of work experience as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for infusion patients and liaises with registration and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Manages comprehensive nursing care for patients with varying levels of need and rapidly changing status.
• Applies analytical reasoning, problem solving, and evidence-based information to guide care.
• Acts as patient/family advocate and collaborates with physicians to monitor responses to treatments.
• Familiarity with IDX and EMR; documents all patient care activities and updates medications in EMR.
• Participates in performance improvement and research activities to improve patient care and processes.

RN licensure in SC or a compact state
