Job summary

Required is a Registered Nurse license with at least two years of experience; a BSN is preferred and enrollment in an accredited BSN program within required timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; BSN must be pursued if ADN/Diploma, within specified timelines.
• Minimum of two years of RN work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for infusion patients and liaises with registration and clinical staff to ensure efficient flow.
• Manages comprehensive nursing care across uncomplicated to complex cases and changing conditions.
• Applies analytical reasoning, evidence-based information, and clinical judgment in care decisions.
• Acts as patient/family advocate and collaborates with physicians to monitor responses to treatments.
• Documents all patient care activities in the EMR, including medications and dispositions; supports scheduling and orders.
• Participates in performance improvement and/or research activities to enhance patient care.
