Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider, delivering intermediate nursing care in patients’ homes or alternate infusion suites. Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides care under a physician's plan, with supervision and adherence to HIPAA and billing timelines.

The role involves teaching and mentoring, ensuring safety, documenting care in real-time, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Travel to patient sites is required.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Proficient with computers and nursing documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit and adjusts plans as needed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I's to ensure patient safety.
• Communicates with the clinical team, patients, and families to coordinate care and billing documentation.
