Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.

• 1-2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and re-evaluates status during visits.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
