Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician's plan of care. The role emphasizes safety, continuity of care, and regulatory compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

You will assess patient needs, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize therapy outcomes. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; infusion experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle with valid insurance.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software for documentation.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents in real time.
• Assists with discharge planning and summaries; reports patient progress.
• Provides supervision to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
