Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s leading home and alternate site infusion provider, seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suites.

You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and compliance with physician plans of care. The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unlicensed RN is not acceptable; current RN license required.
• 1 year of nursing experience or more preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software for patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Educates patients and families on treatment and home care.
• Documents care in real time to support billing and continuity of care.
• Communicates changes in patient status to the physician and care team.
