Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under supervision. You will ensure patient safety under a physician's plan of care, with emphasis on documenting care in real time and coordinating with the clinical team.

Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years infusion nursing experience. Willingness to travel 100% and operate in a home-health setting in Illinois (Davis).

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class required).
• Demonstrated competency in patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments; administers medications and educates patients/families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit; communicates with physician as needed.
• Provides teaching to achieve independence with prescribed therapy and care needs.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures billing compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
