Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Sandy Springs, GA area and surrounding regions. The role involves direct patient care, education, and collaboration with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing, with BSN preferred and infusion therapy experience. On-call shifts, driving within radius, and use of standard office software are expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state Board of Nursing in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred if available.
• Infusion therapy experience preferred.
• On-call nights and weekends required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, initiate and maintain communications with the care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environments and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care with the team.
• Document all patient encounters per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
