Job summary

Druid City Infusion, part of the Vital Care Infusion Services network, is seeking an RN to support infusion therapies in patients' homes and clinics. You will educate, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate infusion care in collaboration with our pharmacy team.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, subcutaneous injections, and phlebotomy, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in infusion therapy or home health preferred.
• Flexibility for PRN hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and therapies following aseptic protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance patient safety.
• Provide support in emergencies using clinical judgment.
