Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in outpatient or home infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies per aseptic protocol.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with care teams for comprehensive care.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Provide support in emergency situations using sound clinical judgment.
