Job summary

IVX Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide infusion therapy in outpatient settings across the Charlotte area, including Matthews, Steele Creek, and Gastonia.

The ideal candidate will hold an NP license and RN license where required, with board certification (AANP or ANCC) and BLS, and experience in ambulatory infusion care. Flexible scheduling includes 1-2 shifts per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted NP license and RN license as required by state.
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics; Family NP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Ensure documentation accuracy; uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Streamline patient visits; assist with chart preparation and planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible; work at multiple facilities within designated market.
