Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Charlotte market, providing infusion therapy across multiple clinics including Matthews, Steele Creek, North Charlotte, Gastonia, and Rock Hill. You will deliver on-site and virtual care, administer infusions, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinic a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and emergency response knowledge.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise on-site and virtual infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans.
• Support operations, inventory management, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the market.
