Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for full-time infusion care in outpatient settings serving the Raleigh market, with locations also in Durham, Cary, North Raleigh, Knightdale, and Garner. You will deliver on-site and ambulatory care, supervise infusions, perform patient assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

CEU support and CRNI/ONCC certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• State NP license with RN license if required by state.
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• BLS; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision for infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with chart preparation and care coordination.
