Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide infusion therapy in outpatient settings across the Charlotte market, including Matthews and nearby clinics. The RN will administer treatments, assess patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients receiving infusion therapies.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and experience in infusion therapy or ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification is required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center/outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills and emergency response knowledge.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site patient care and supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Support workflow optimization, chart preparation, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referencing providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Assist in inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support patient care.
