Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team in New Jersey. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and coordination across units to support complex patient needs.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or nursing diploma (BSN preferred with timeline) and demonstrates strong teamwork, quick learning, and commitment to ongoing professional development to deliver high-quality care and patient

Competenze

• Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required.
• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months or more of nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards to complex patients.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and oversee other caregivers.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations at point of care.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Uphold ANA Code of Ethics and standards of behavior.
