Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with focus on safety, education, and evidence-based practice.

The role requires an RN license, 6+ months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation, and ongoing education toward a BSN.

Qualifications

• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: adaptable, quick learner, teamwork, patient focus, accountability, dedication to ongoing education.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years; Associate degree or diploma in nursing required.
• Six months of nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN license and BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care as part of interdisciplinary team following evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate care and communication among patients, families, and health-care professionals.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients and ensure safe transitions.
• Maintain documentation and comply with standards and certifications.
• Identify ethical issues and support continuous quality improvement.
