Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or Diploma in Nursing; BSN in progress or within 3 years of hire.
• Current and valid RN license for the assigned HMH location.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of RN experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and patient-focused care are essential.
• National certification in specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of patients.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
