Job summary

Oso Home Care in Burbank seeks an experienced Intake Coordinator to manage referrals from start to service initiation for our specialty home infusion pharmacy team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare intake, home infusion, or related field.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization required.
• Knowledge of home infusion or specialty pharmacy strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals from physician offices and hospitals for infusion services.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage prior authorizations.
• Coordinate intake data, clinical documentation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and care teams.
