Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, under supervision. You will initiate and adjust plans of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong computer skills. Travel up to 100% may be required, with compensation plans reflecting pay transparency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications with the ability to set professional growth goals.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit and re-evaluates patient needs through assessment and physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with patient instructions.
