The Infusion Clinical Supervisor reports to the Outpatient Services Manager and requires current Montana RN licensure with BLS; ACLS preferred. Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Reports to: Outpatient Services Manager

Purpose and Scope of Position

The Infusion Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for outpatient oncology and infusion services. This position oversees the daily activities of infusion nursing staff and support personnel while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology and infusion patients. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource, promotes regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and service excellence.

Organizational Relationship

This position reports to the Outpatient Services Manager. This position may provide additional support to other departments as requested. This position may provide support to the public, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• Current RN license in the State of Montana or current multi-state license with the ability to practice in all compact states
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ACLS certification preferred.
