Beartooth Billings Clinic is seeking an Infusion Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient oncology and infusion services in Red Lodge, MT. The role oversees infusion nursing staff and support personnel, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The position reports to the Outpatient Services Manager and requires Montana RN licensure or a multi-state license with compact privileges, plus BLS. ACLS is preferred, with strong data interpretation and interpersonal skills expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Montana or current multi-state license with the ability to practice in all compact states.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Must reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
• Must interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations.
• Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise.
• Must adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for outpatient oncology and infusion services.

Purpose and Scope of Position

The Infusion Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for outpatient oncology and infusion services. This position oversees the daily activities of infusion nursing staff and support personnel while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology and infusion patients. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource, promotes regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and service excellence.

This position reports to the Outpatient Services Manager. This position may provide additional support to other departments as requested. This position may provide support to the public, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
