Beatrice Community Hospital is seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Infusion Center in Beatrice, NE. This full-time role oversees day-to-day clinical operations, supervises clinic staff, and ensures efficient patient flow and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, Nebraska RN license (or compact state), and CPR/BLS certification, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience and 4–6 years clinical nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• 4-6 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Job Duties:
The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and the delivery of high-quality services within the Infusion Center. This role provides direct supervision of clinic staff and ensures operational efficiency and compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing clinic workflows and staff schedules to optimize patient access and clinic flow

Leading initiatives in population-based quality improvement and enhancing the patient experience

Ensuring clinical services align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements

Promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and service

Qualifications:
