Job summary

Pure Infusion Grand Junction is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet and schedule patients for biologic infusions, coordinate with referring practices, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

You will work closely with nurses and staff to manage orders, documentation, and care coordination, delivering a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, honesty, and a patient-first mindset, with CRM/EMR software skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems is required.
• BLS certification must be within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into our clinic for their biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and the Market Executive to bring patients to Pure Infusion.
• Ensure every detail of the patient’s visit goes smoothly with patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses and other team members virtually.
