Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to support the Clinic Director in overseeing intravenous vitamin therapies for outpatients. The role focuses on clinical guidance, staff leadership and ensuring high-quality patient care from intake to completion of treatment.

Qualified candidates have a nursing degree or paramedic background with infusion experience, leadership skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of Accredited Paramedic Program; license current and up to date.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, EMR systems, anatomy, medical terminology and medical practice functions.
• Minimum 2 years vascular access or infusion experience; 2 years leadership or management experience.
• Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, customer service, patient confidentiality, leadership, multi-tasking, training skills, self-motivation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Back up point of contact for Clinic Director.
• Administer and monitor client treatments including starting IVs and fluids.
• Document client interactions, therapy assessments and responses to treatment.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, policies, and accreditation.
• Oversee hiring, staff development and performance management with HR support.
• Train staff on procedures and client education; motivate the team to meet goals.
• Foster trust between staff and clients; maintain high productivity aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient care standards across clinic operations.
