Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Back up point of contact for the Clinic Director.
• Administer and monitor clients' treatment, including starting IVs and fluids.
• Document client interactions regarding therapy and treatment responses.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and accreditation.
• Lead and train staff; oversee performance management.
• Motivate team and align with corporate goals.
• Assist in hiring processes and staff development.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain trust between team and clients.
